Contest Overview

The NeuroMarket Business Portal Tool Innovation Contest (“Contest”) invites participants to submit original ideas for new tools that solve marketing challenges or automate marketing tasks within the NeuroMarket Business Portal platform.

Eligibility

– Open to individuals aged 18 and older residing in the United States
– Employees of NeuroMarket, their immediate family members, and affiliated companies are not eligible
– No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win

Entry Period

– Contest begins January 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST
– Submissions close January 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST
– Winners announced within 30 days of contest closure

Submission Requirements

Participants must submit:

– Detailed description of the proposed tool (200-500 words)
– Clear explanation of the marketing problem it solves
– Overview of how the tool would function
– Expected benefits and outcomes for users
 No technical implementation details required

Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated based on:

– Innovation and Originality (30%)
– Practical Value and Market Need (30%)
– Feasibility of Implementation (20%)

– Potential Impact on Marketing Efficiency (20%)

Judging Process

– Initial screening by qualified marketing professionals
– Final evaluation by a panel of three senior marketing technology experts
– All decisions are final and binding

Intellectual Property Rights and Implementation

– By submitting an entry, participants irrevocably assign and transfer to Sawatch Solutions LLC (“Company”) all rights, title, and interest in and to the submitted idea, including but not limited to:

– All intellectual property rights
– The exclusive right to implement, develop, and commercialize the submitted idea
– The right to modify, adapt, or transform the idea
– All rights to patent, copyright, or otherwise protect the idea
– All rights to profit from or license the idea
– This assignment is permanent, worldwide, and royalty-free

– Company shall have the exclusive right to implement the submitted ideas within the NeuroMarket Business Portal or any other platform
– Participants waive all moral rights in respect of the submission
– Participants agree to execute any additional documents necessary to effect this assignment
– Participants warrant that their submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights
– No additional compensation beyond the stated prizes will be due to participants for this assignment of rights
– Company is under no obligation to implement any submitted ideas

Entry Submission

– Submit entries through the on-line form provided
– One entry per person
– No fee required for entry

Additional Terms

– Void where prohibited by law
– All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply
– Winners responsible for applicable taxes
– NeuroMarket reserves the right to verify eligibility of winners
– Personal information will be used solely for contest administration

Dispute Resolution

– Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ohio
– Governed by Ohio law
– Class action waiver applies
