In addition, I am a certified “Yoga2Life”™ Mentor Life Coach, and have a certificate in Neuroscience & Yoga in the Treatment of Complex, Developmental, or Repeated Trauma." I also have experience with yoga and the treatment of anxiety and depression. I also provide Consciousness Coaching.
